Moroning all, I have just started key 8 and am in topic 2. I listened to the Curring Cord Visualisation and i felt no cords. I could feel my Aura about half the length of my arms wide but no cords is this normal to not feel anything.

I have just finished the introduction to Key 6. Managing your energies was big for me. I do know a bit about energies and i learnt so much just from the introduction.
