‘She Rises Healing’ has been conceived through a desire and need to leave the corporate world behind me – a life that I was enslaved to, a life that left me burnt and shattered.

I’m on the journey of rising from the ashes, a journey of healing, discovery and deep understanding of what really aligns with my soul!

It’s messy at times but I know I am on my true path.

She Rises Healing will facilitate a space to uplift, inspire and empower women with tools to Rise up from what has been holding them down/back!
