How do I access my course I purchased?

You can access your courses as soon as you have purchased them. Here’s what you do…

  • On the High Vibration City website click on the ‘SIGN IN’ at the top right-hand corner of the web page and sign in using your email address and password. (if you have forgotten or do not have a password – click the “Lost your password” link and follow the prompts.)
  • Once signed in, select PROGRAMS on the top left of the web page and all your enrolled courses will be there.
  • You can select to see only your purchased courses by clicking on MY PROGRAMS button OR view the entire course libary by clicking on ALL PROGRAMS button.

How long will my purchased courses stay in my online account?

All courses purchased, will remain forever in your account.

I’m missing courses in my online account

Courses are assigned to the email address you used when you purchased the course. If you are unable to access or see the course you purchased once you have signed in to your account, please contactinfo@staging.highvibrationcity.com

I’ve forgotten my password

Click on the ‘Sign in’ at the top of the page and click the FORGOT PASSWORD link and follow the prompts.

I keep getting prompted to buy an already purchased course

This occurs when you are not signed into your account. Click on the SIGN IN at the top right-hand corner of the header and sign in using your email address/user name and password.

How long do I have access to the course?

All online courses you have lifetime access.

Do you offer any refunds?

Due to the instant access you will have to this course, no refunds are offered. You can read our terms and conditions here.
